He, along with the 3 three and under, had a great time!

Picking out which sticker to stick on was fun...

Sticking on the stickers was fun...

Homemade Library Time

Toddler ages: 24 months, 24 months, 3.5 years

Materials you'll need:
-books

This TV-free activity was inspired by a post written by Quirky Momma. She set-up a make-shift library for her daughter on the couch and they both had a great time. I did the same, and this activity kept the 3 three and under busy for at least half an hour. To me, one of the most rewarding things is to see my kids sitting down enjoying books!

The library...

The enlightenment...

Hope your toddler(s) enjoy this as much as mine and Quirky Momma's did! Thanks for listening. :)

Chopstick and Sock Time

Toddler ages: 24 months, 24 months, 3.5 years

Materials you'll need:
-chopsticks
-socks

The goal of this activity was to teach dexterity by having the toddlers pick up socks with chopsticks...

First they had to figure out the chopsticks...

They really never did figure out how to pick up socks with chopsticks, but they did try to put socks on their hands...

This was one of those activities that didn't go as planned, but was still somewhat fun and didn't involve a TV. Thanks for listening.

A simple, but wonderful game we played...

Here are the two balls...

Here is me making a faulty throw, both balls ending up under the couch...

Here's me moving my throwing chair next to the couch, so I can throw in the opposite direction...

...the anticipation...

"Now go fetch!"

Now the 3-ball stance...

...and the anticipation...

"Now go fetch!"

Really....the kids loved this. You should try it! Thanks for listening!
